Lucky's Classic Burger & Malt Shop

Luckys food is already great, its delicious and my orders have always been correct. However if youre really in the mood for luckys either pick up your order yourself or through a different delivery app, because clearly Grubhub doesnt know what its doing. I have had to asked for my tip and delivery fee many times and gone to go pick up my food from these restaurants. Simply because the driver never shows up or they have none available its ridiculous. Please reconsider ordering from
Grubhub. Again Luckys is AMAZING Grubhub delivery is not.

My order came fast and nice and hot! The food was amazing! I had originally ordered the truffle Mac and cheese but they called me to state that they were out of it and if I wanted to change my order. That was very professional of them and they adjusted my bill due to the order change. We ordered the wings as well for the first time and it was amazing! I also ordered the cheese burger spring rolls for the first time and WOW! The sauce that came with it was extraordinary! Happy and very well pleased!

Everything was very good. But the didn't get the special order I had placed for no bacon on one of the cheeseburger egg rolls. But I don't know if it was there fault or grub hubs fault. Either way loved the food and great customer service, spoke to John and he was such a friendly guy. Great place will tell all my friends.

Truly was the best i have ever had but i guess the fact i had forgot to say no pesto i guess having a bad allergic reaction. I thought i said no pesto but guess it didnt go through but the malt shake omg. And the fact this driver game really fast the food was on the money and this driver did it justice.

They were very nice when they forgot my Sprites.
(I didn't want to say my order was wrong and make them look bad).
They delivered my sodas later and gave a complimentary Oreo milkshake as a thank you

Fantastic food! It was packed very neatly. The fries got ever so slightly soggy(which is to be expected), but no such problem with the onion rings.

Veggie sandwiches are usually pathetic in the ingredients. Not here. There was a substantial portion of the portobello, caramalized onions, ripe tomatoes and roasted peppers.

My husband really enjoyed his crispy chicken BLT as well.

The food was delivered to us in under 25 minutes and everything was nice and hot. I will definitely order again.

Really great food but what really makes it for me is the delivery speed and positive consistency. They always get every request down to the letter. This speaks volumes for me as it shows they are putting as much effort as if i were actually dining in. Other restaurants tend to neglect these things and, as minor as they are, they build up and eventually cause frustration I really wish every restaurant was as good as Lucky's.

Got the holy cow burger and the penne vodka entree. Order arrived 20 minutes sooner than projected and the food was so hot, fresh and delicious! Great experience.

I ordered the American Sandwich and a Vanilla Milkshake for lunch. One word would describe my experience; amazing! I will definitely order from this place again!

Great food, honest attention to special requests, tastes great and was hot and fresh upon delivery. A-1 service!
